Gardening update 2

Well hello friends, I am back with my garden update! Where has the time gone, from March when I last made an update. Things are now nearly in full bloom, the garden is starting to come in to its own!

The front garden:

The front garden is starting to have some colour to it, after a long winter. The height of like the foxgloves/delphiniums are trying to hid the fence and to give the sense of a country cottage garden.

Its looking very good!

 The back garden/veg:

In my opinion this is where the most change has happened. Back in March the veg containers had just started to have seedlings appear, and now look at them! It amazes me what a little bit of sun and rain will do to transform just a small area within two and a half months.
From the back; carrots, cauliflower and then the peas!

Strawberries
The next stage is to put supports up for the peas and thin out both the carrots and cauliflower. The strawberries have seamed to have a mind of there own, with the flowers now starting to die back and the fruit starting to show in the center.
This is my favorite time of the year when all you hard work and planning comes together. So what next? Generally its keeping on top of the weeding, watering and pest control on the veg. Will be back with an update soon!
